Potassium is one of the most widespread elements. It may be found on the surface of the Earth's crust, its abundant occurrence is detected in the sea water and it makes a natural part of minerals contained in meat, fruit and vegetables.
Following the calcium and the phosphorus, the potassium is the element with the third most common representation mainly in cells where it is stored from 98 %. Potassium helps maintain the stability of internal environment that is essential for basically all functions taking place in a living organism. Its level is regulated by kidneys.
Potassium is necessary for the support of the nervous as well as muscular system, and the maintenance of proper blood pressure.
Recommended dosage
1 tablet twice a day, children from 3 years to 2 tablets daily.
Ingredients
Contents of 2 tablets: Potassium (potassium gluconate) 198 mg (10 % of nutrient reference values); emulsifier: vegetable cellulose; stabilizer: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; anticaking agent: silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate; skimmer: vegetable stearic acid.

Precautions
It is not designed for children up to 3 years of age. The product is not a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosing. Store out of the reach of children. Store in a dry and dark place. Use best before date indicated by EXP data on the top side of the container.
